Our returns process and policy

Returns in line with our Terms and Conditions policy section 7 and 8 must be notified by email or via the online form on the Contact Us page before any items should be returned.

Please provide your order number, order date, delivery date, item/s description, your name, address and the reason for the return (i.e. Right to cancel or defective item).

If the item is faulty or suspected to be, we will require additional details regarding the fault, please provide as much information as possible.

We may contact you to get additional information if needed or to do basic troubleshooting if applicable. We will respond as soon as possible with confirmation of next steps and if we've authorised a return. Items should be returned preferably via a tracked and insured postal method but in accordance with our Terms and Conditions to:

Please retain any proof of postage as this will be required to process any refunds in the event of any items undelivered/lost in transit. If you have any questions or are unsure of anything please contact us.
